Lower the Costs of HCPB elections
Increase the Accuracy of hand counts
Improve the Security of HCPB elections
Minimize the Complexity of counting paper ballots
Maximize the participation of the public in the counting process
Let's see how good a system we can come up with between us. In the end, perhaps we can find a way to fund a 'parallel paper project' where we choose a location that has a history of problems at the polls and run a full blown, well advertised, parallel paper election for all voters in one test precinct.
Anyone interested? Lets hear your best ideas!
