I've been reading quite a bit since I saw Hacking Democracy. Tonight, I read a few pages about illegal immgrants registering to vote. It seems to be a fairly widespread happening if you look at the number of articles on the subject. Since this forum seems to have considerable knowlege concerning elections, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it's possible to check a district to see if all it's voters are in fact American citizens.

I understand there is no simple way to tell if a person is a citizen. If there was, it would be simpler to enforce employer hiring rules. If you hire somebody you may or may not eventually be notified that the ss# is suspicious.
