It was on the front page of the website at one time. Can anyone help me find it. Thanks!

Hi Michael, here's a link to the original 'eye witness' report.

http://www.bbvforums.org/forums/messages/6/89.html

You can also use the 'Advanced Search' feature (on the left side of the page) to find some other relevant threads. Just enter "(OH) Cuyahoga, recount" under "Search by keyword", select "Look in: Text of Messages" and uncheck the "Search by date" box.

You should get about 75 hits on the results page.

I hope this helps.

Thanks Pat, the link was not it. I did the advanced search and couldn't find it either. It was from a meeting at the board of elections long after the recount happened that one of the top people at the board of elections admitted that the recount was presorted and precounted. It was a news item on the front page.

Thanks!

There is a link to a BOE meeting in the "public records" section of the document archive, but I don't think they discussed the recount at that time.

I'm sure Kathleen will know, since it is her videotape where they admitted it (the number of people indicted has now increased to three, but they still haven't touched those who ordered it).

Kathleen, if you see this, and you can find it, let him know. Michael -- in your visual memory, was this linked to the left side, right side, or main column in the middle?

The left side column links to the "one on one" area, the main one in the middle links to the "investigations" area, and the right side top links to the "document archive" area, with left side middle linking to "news" area. So if you can remember if it was a little link on the side vs. a bigger story in the middle, that will tell you which area of the forums it was in.

Michael,

I can't find the article you are talking about to save my life! It's been such a long time and I vaguely remember some mention of what occurred, but I don't remember in what context, which makes it difficult to know where to look. However, I'll keep trying to locate it for you.

In the meantime, would you like to know the latest status regarding the indictments of election employees in Cuyhahoga County? I would be happy to fill you in on what I know, since I did witness both the recount, as well as the board of elections certification of the recount meeting and have been following the investigation of the Cuyahoga recount very closely.
