Can someone point me toward: what counties or cities are already doing hand counts of all ballots? Working on a proposal to switch to hand counts and need to get time estimates. Thanks. "It is a sin to be silent."

Admin, can this request be moved to the 1-to-1 mentoring section? |

Canada does all precinct level hand counts. Their results were available 45 minutes after close of polls. |

And there are one or more threads focusing on hand-counting (costs and time and how to calculate no. of election workers to deliver accurate results in a given time period, for a given number of elections/ballot issues). |
