OT! (Well, I'll try to tie it in to voting machines if I can) http://www.improbable.com/ig/ig-pastwinners.html Winners of the IgŪ Nobel Prize The winners have all done things that first make people LAUGH, then make them THINK. These are really funny! But when you look at the abstracts they're actually all interesting research, despite the hilarious titles. Maybe we could write up some good research on our favorite piece of election equipment. |

Well, sometimes they skewer quacks or frauds, or politicians, or, one year, they gave the IgNoble Prize in Economics to Lay, Skilling and that whole lot. You might be able to nominate Diebold for the IgNoble Prize in software misengineering  |
