This declaration by Richard Hayes Phillips reveals disturbing patterns in the ballots he examined from the 2004 election. His work helped block the state of Ohio from destroying the evidence.
WHAT TO DO WITH EVIDENCE: "Never put it in a funnel." Always PROPAGATE evidence to at least 5-7 different places: - A reporter - Black Box Voting - Your local elections office (this will seed it into the public record) - Your e-mail list - Your local elections reform group - The EIRS reporting system - A blog - Someplace unexpected EVIDENCE = video, audio, photos, public records (stories and anecdotes are not evidence)

Wow. Electrifying reading. It appears that some folks in Ohio used a wide range of tactics to interfere with the 2004 election. Anyone interested in election integrity who hasn't read Richard Hayes Phillips' declaration should certainly do so. |

And as obvious in the evidence as it is, GWB is still in the White House. After the electoral college delivers its votes to the Senate, it's all over. This is why whatever is done to allow cheating to be caught must be immediately effective, and should be on a vote-by-vote basis. |

Item 18 says: Ohio Public Records Law, as interpreted in Directive 2004-43 from J. Kenneth Blackwell, dated October 25, 2004, specifically states: “All used and unused ballots must be retained for at least 22 months.” Or else what? What happens if they are not retained, maintained, and untampered? It should be something drastic, including loss of jobs and pensions. I was thinking that all the votes in that precinct should be forfeit, but that would result in tampering in a district favoring an opponent, thus forfeiting opponents' votes, instead of the tamperer's party's votes. |

Hi Don, here are some links I found by Googling: This list at electionfraudnews.com appears to contain the allegations for which Richard Hayes Phillips has evidence. It also has this link to the actual declaration. I also found a link to Richard Hayes Phillips' personal website. |

THANK YOU, Catherine. I learned a bit late during site reoganization that if I move a post with a self-upload link, it breaks the link. Now I know better and I salvage the uploaded document BEFORE moving the post. Rock on, Richard Hayes Phillips, one of the great patriots of the 21st Century! |
