This document spells out the acquisition of embezzler Jeffrey Dean's ballot printing firm by Global Election Systems, which was later acquired by Diebold. Spectrum is now the Diebold ballot printing plant.

This contains the employment agreements for convicted felons Jeffrey Dean and John Elder, and much more information.
