When have you ever heard of a legitimate citizens group set up to tout the benefits of touch-screen voting?
Candidate Expo Set for Saturday
(KCPW News) From Utah County - sometimes known as "Happy Valley" - comes a new voice in voter awareness.
"I think that in politics we need to start being positive," says Jessica Connors, Orem resident and organizer of Citizens' Resource. "Because it's all of this tendency to be cynical that makes politicians instead of statesmen."
The non-partisan Citizens' Resource aims to encourage more voter turnout and touts the benefits of touch-screen voting machines and new laws that allow voting up to two weeks early. Connors says both provisions will give more people the chance to cast a ballot - despite vocal concerns from other citizens groups about security risks. Connors says even more important than how you cast your vote is knowing who you are voting for.
"Don't vote by how many campaign signs you've seen and the best design of those, cause I've done that in the past," says Connors. "I think we're all guilty of just running into the polls sometimes with no information. Make it a priority to be educated and get to the polls."
Citizens' Resource will hold its annual Primary Candidate Expo at Utah Valley State College this Saturday from 12:30 to 5 p.m. featuring debates between key Utah County candidates in the upcoming primary. A 1 p.m. face-off between 3rd district Congressman Chris Cannon and challenger John Jacob will be taped for use on CNN. More information at www.citizensresource.org.

"We owe our prosperity to those who have gone before us in an effort to preserve our American freedoms," said John Jacob, Republican Congressional Candidate for Utah's Third Congressional District. "The services of the women and men in the armed forces keep us strong. Today is just one day and one way in the countless ways we should honor them."
According to Elect John Jacob Campaign volunteer, Chad Stilson and full-time policeman for American Fork City, who lost a cousin by friendly fire during the Gulf War, he feels this day is a somber one. "The minute we forget those who gave us a foundation, we forget what makes the country great," said Chad. "It is good to pause and reflect and then in the spirit of those who gave so much carry on and continue to build."
Jessica Connors, director of Citizens' Resource, a neighbor-to-neighbor network that is planning the June 10th Primary Candidate Expo, co-sponsored by Utah Valley State College, says it is important to celebrate this day of remembrance by honoring those who have gone before.
"We remember today loved ones who have sacrificed their lives in order to secure our freedom," said Jessica. "I feel that by committing to cast an educated vote at the upcoming Primary Elections we'll be paying down on that debt of blood & tears we owe to those American heroes. We believe that the best way for voters to become truly knowledgeable about candidates is to meet them personally and especially, to hear them speak upon the issues head-to-head with their opponents. That is not always possible, but this year it is. All of Utah County has the unique opportunity in two weeks to attend an event where they can hear all of the candidates on the ballot in just a few hours."
The Primary Candidate Expo will feature the ONLY public debate in Utah County for the U.S. 3rd Congressional Race involving local multi-industry businessman John Jacob and current incumbent Representative Chris Cannon.

Thanks for this heads up. This is sinister in my opinion. From the news article:

To me this reeks to high heaven. “Lets be positive, ignore the fact that our multi-billionaire governor flew Diebold lawyers and other officials, in his private jet, to Emery County to squash—what for these elite is a big problem—Bruce Funk and Black Box Voting.”
Jessica Connors may be sincere, independent and of the grass roots. Our attempts here to contact her and educate her on the Bruce Funk deal will prove revealing.
A scary thought for me is the outlook so typical for so many to want to “feel good” and “be positive” ignoring the reality of what is going on, such as Bruce Funk being locked out of his office. A “lets be positive” and not let “cynicism” reduce our leaders from statesman to “politicians” stance is erroneous.
We are without statesmen in Utah. Men and woman who would out Bruce Funk, and the complicit Salt Lake Media which refuses to give the coverage they should, this situation is indicative that we are without statesmen but rather we have ravening wolves with “malignity of purpose” who “wear the guise of honesty” which keep much of the populace off balance and susceptible to going along with an idiotic voting system, a system I believe is designed and hoisted upon us with the intended purpose to hijack elections for this same elitist group.
--these are not people who are statesman. And cynicism?
Here in Utah County, in “happy valley” we have police officers invading bedrooms of sleeping teen girls, without warrants, and the Salt Lake Media refuse to air the story because it “gives the police a bad name.”
This organization, whether intentional or not, will prove yet another effective tool to further placate and lull the already apathetic populace into an even greater sleep.
In Utah we do not have aid of the media in these affairs. We have a Council on Foreign Relations Governor as well as the Editor-in-Chief of the Deseret Morning News, John Hughes, aslo currently or formerly of the CFR. For any who read and understand the out in the open (anti-American) agenda of the Council on Foreign Relations, it’s well to understand we stand in a terrible state.
To some who might think I’m a bit off kilter, listen to the admitted “conspiring” of David Rockefeller of the Council on Foreign Relations. From his book published in 2002 Memoirs, he admits:
“For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure -- one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”
Do we need an awakening? With multi-Billionaires admitting to “conspiring” to bring about their “one world,” you bet we do. It is clear that the agenda for this “new world” includes a sham of a voting system which will assure no grass roots opposition to the fascist tyranny rising up here in America.
Our leaders today pay homage to Joseph Stalin who said:
“The people who cast the votes don’t decide an election, the people who count the votes do.”

This is where we stand. Thanks Bev for what you do.
Let me speak of some men formerly of this state who were Statesmen, and who would have opposed the current affairs of this voting scam.
One last couple of tidbits I’ll share, statements by men who I do regard as great men from this state of Utah who warned us here of what was coming, but we didn’t pay good attention to them, and they were recipients of much abuse by some. J. Reuben Clark Jr. was one of these. He served his country in the capacity as Solicitor for the Department of State, Undersecretary of State, and Ambassador to Mexico. Philander Chase Knox, Secretary of state said of him:
“In my judgement” he “is perhaps the soundest international lawyer in this country.” ... “Were I President, I would make (him) Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court.”
So what did J. Reuben Clark warn of:
Here is a sampling:
“God provided that in this land of liberty, our political allegiance shall run not to individuals, that is, to government officials, no matter how great or how small they shall be. Under His plan the only allegiance we owe as citizens..of the United States, runs to our inspired Constitution which God himself set up.
…This principle of allegiance to the Constitution is basic to our freedom.
“I wish to say with all the earnestness I possess that when you youth and maidens see any curtailment of these liberties I have named, when you see government invading any of these realms of freedom which we have under our Constitution [i.e. The Patriot Act, Diebold Voting fraud], you will know that they are putting shackles on your liberty, and that tyranny is creeping upon you, no matter who curtails these liberties or who invades these realms, and no matter what the reason and excuse therefore may be.”

Another Patriot and “statesman” from here in Utah was Dwight D. Eisenhower’s Secretary of Agriculture. He saw and warned of the agenda, including the Council on Foreign Relations plans. He recommended and endorsed a book that brought terrible scrutiny upon David Rockefeller’s Council on Foreign Relations, enough so that Rockefeller established another subversive group called the Trilateral Commission which could continue the “conspiring” agenda without as much fanfare.

Benson warned the majority of Utahn’s who “profess” to belong to the Mormon Church (officially called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), of which he would in time become President of:

The warning of this hour should resound through the corridors of every American institution—schools, churches, the halls of Congress, press, radio, and television, and so far as I am concerned it will resound—with God’s help.
“Wherever possible I have tried to speak out. It is for this very reason that certain people in Washington have bitterly criticized me. They don’t want people to hear the message. It embarrasses them. The things which are destroying the Constitution are the things they have been voting for. They are afraid of their political careers if these facts are pointed out. They therefore try to silence any who carry the message—anyone who will stand up and be counted.” (The Teachings of Ezra Taft Benson, p. 684.)
“Today the Christian constitutionalist mourns for his country. He sees the spiritual and political faith of his fathers betrayed by wolves in sheep’s clothing. He sees the forces of evil increasing in strength and momentum under the leadership of Satan, the arch-enemy of freedom. He sees the wicked honored and the valiant abused. He senses that his own generation faces Gethsemanes and Valley Forges that may yet rival or surpass the trials of the early Apostles and the men of ‘76. And this gives him cause to reflect on the most basic of fundamentals—the reason for our existence. Once we understand that fundamental, the purpose for mortality, we may more easily chart a correct course in the perilous seas that are engulfing our nation.” (The Teachings of Ezra Taft Benson, p. 397.)
“The sad and shocking story of what has happened in America in recent years must be told. Our people must have the facts. There is safety in an informed public. There is real danger in a complacent, uninformed citizenry. This is our real danger today. Yes, the truth must be told even at the risk of destroying, in large measure, the influence of men who are widely respected and loved by the American people. The stakes are high. Freedom and survival is the issue.” (The Teachings of Ezra Taft Benson, p. 582.)
These were Patriots from Utah, and they were abused harshly by some, perhaps especially by those wanting us to “be positive” and seemingly ignore the treachery moving forward to which David Rockefeller has admitted, and of which we are witness now, in our time and day, in terms of Bruce Funk being locked out of his office and the Diebolical Diebold Voting Conspiracy moving forward with little resistance. David Rockefeller surely is pleased with his allies in Utah state Government and the Press, members, or formerly affiliated members of his CFR. |

I thought you might be interested in the communications between and among Diebold, election officials and the Lieutenant Governor's office, discussing the purchase of the Diebold TSx machines leading up to what occurred in Emery County.

Great Kathleen, Our Lt. Governor is from here in Utah County, perhaps we can get him to break with the conspiracy (I believe the word applies), stand up and be part of an effort to save the Republic, than to go down in history as one of the sorry wretches who took from his children and his childrens children their liberty.

I salute you for your public activism in wanting to get voters out and alerted to the issues and candidates. This is important.
I am alarmed at what is happening here in the State of Utah, and I perceive there to be the greatest of threats to our republic right now. In Utah we have some treachery that I wish you to be informed about, and perhaps you are, if so, it is not because you have much help in our Salt Lake Media.
I refer to the outing of Bruce Funk in Emery County Utah. He has been interviewed and told his story, these interviews can be found on this page:

I hope that in your activism, you are truly independent of any party and want to preserve the American Republic for your posterity. If the electronic voting machines continue without opposition, then we no longer will have a safe voting system---our Republic will be gone when this occurs. The Franchise to vote and have legitimate elections depends this year on whether enough people awake to the treason and conspiracy being worked in this state and other states to put in electronic voting machines, which are designed for fraud, and cry out against the leadership which outed Mr. Funk and which spend millions in purchasing these unnecessary machines. Our former paper ballot system works brilliantly, without flaw. There is a wicked agenda to move from such a system to this new system of fraud.
Please let me know how much of this issue you've studied, and if I seem to be outlandish in what I say, allow me to send follow up words to make my case. The above URL referenced is a great starting point for a primer on how one of Utah's officials with integrity has been conspired against and illegally removed and locked out of his office for his questioning these vicious, electronic fraud machines.

I'm LDS and have heard and read the words of Prophets for decades warn about "wolves" from within, who are "kept from our view because they wear the habiliments of the preisthood." Here is a sampling of what some of us will be passing out tomorrow in Utah County, which in prior years as resulted in arrests as the Republican Party Crime Bosses in this state have done with good solid conservatives who were blowing the whistle on the corruption of State Officials.
These corrupt people masquerade under the predominant religion, and thus decieve many.

You're wise. I get carried away without backing up such things. Thanks for the reminder.
In years past, we've had some excellent people arrested, conservative Republicans arrested at Republican Party State conventions and even a candidate running for office against our incumbant Orrin Hatch, just this year was escorted out of his local precinct meeting a few months ago by a Sherriff's deputy, all at the bidding of Party Leadership. The supposed reasons for such measures range a broad spectrum, but most who've studies or known these individuals have taken it as political persecution from the Party Power structure.
I'll seek to keep the forum clean of allegations that I don't take time to give backup material and evidence for, or which don't fit the purpose of BBV.
I'll take your note is good corrective measure to be more wise in what I allege here. |
