They only sent 11 e-mails. This records response is incomplete, obviously. We have written back to them to ask if there are more. Most of these duplicate the communications from Triad in the Fayette county vendor e-mails. http://www.bbvdocs.org/OH/OH-Ashtabula-vendor-emails.pdf (585 KB) # # # # # ... Government is the servant of the people, and not the master of them. The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know. We insist on remaining informed so that we may retain control over the instruments of government we have created.

Bev, I know its an "apples and oranges" thing, but I went through a few elections where I could count the number of emails between me and my election vendor on one hand, but that was after several years of using the system successfully. |

Yes, it wouldn't surprise me. Since we can see from Fayette County the e-mails that Triad sent all the elections people, we know they got more. This county was having trouble transmitting the document, and may have decided to step back and put it all on CD. Kurt, once again, thanks for your participation here. I always feel that you bring valuable insights. |
