Dear Ms. Harris:
I received your request for copies of records pertaining to the July 4, 2005 BBV Security Alert. As of July 1, 2005, I no longer serve as Election Superintendant of Crisp County, due to legislation which created a board of elections. I have no records in my files of an email dated May 2, 2005.
Should you wish to inquire further, you may contact Mr. Jerome Outlaw, chairperson of the newly formed Crisp Count Board of Elections, at Crisp County Courthaouse, 210 South 7th Street, Room 105 Cordele, Georgia 31015.
Sincerely,
Belinda Griffin
Judge of the Probate Court
Crisp County GA.

"Crisp Count Board of Elections"
These typos are funny.
In Ireland & UK "crisp" means "potato chip".

Definitely one for the next book (illustrated version).

Well, before finalizing this we'll want to check for typos. That could be ours, because my instructions were to get everything logged, then everything scanned, then updates and links to scanned documents in. We may have a few typos, so let's assume this one is us before we attribute it to the county.

I assume "Crisp County" is the correct name of the county, but in the response it said "Crisp Count" Board of Elections which made me think of counting a big pile of potato chips.

It was funny to think of and Election Board named "Crisp Count". Maybe they're VERY efficient when they count votes.

I assume the judge meant "Crisp County".
