The Dems are saying that the machines are couning the votes "accurately" but the Repubs aren't buying it and are having a fit! They claim they don't know if the vote totals are correct at this juncture, something about the computer printouts. An embarrassed Steny Hoyer said the technical problems are being addressed. The public must be able to see and authenticate these four essential steps for an election to be public, democratic, and valid: (1) Who can vote (voter list); (2) Who did vote (3) The original count; (4) Chain of custody.
