Best of Black Box?

Dear BBV,
the original report said that there would be a followup report in mid June, with more details of how outside hacks could be done. Can you let us know if this report is still coming and if so, when?

Report will be released on the Internet no later than Fourth of July. I have the draft in front of me; with appendices and illustrations it is about 30 pages. So as not to confuse the issue, we have made a decision to separate the report pertaining to the memory card exploits from reports on central tabulator and remote access exploits, which will take place after this one is out the door. However, in between this report and those reports lies completion of the Palm Beach and Snohomish County audits, which address the Sequoia system.

The Black Box Report is going through vetting by a DMCA lawyer and a limited peer review right now, and we have a couple more hoops to jump through to do this right.

Thanks, garybeck. By the way, I always look forward to your perspectives. -- Bev Harris

Thanks

The public must be able to see and authenticate these four essential steps for an election to be public, democratic, and valid: (1) Who can vote (voter list); (2) Who did vote (3) The original count; (4) Chain of custody.
