To prove fraud, you must show who, where, what, when, and how. This article does not prove vote fraud. It does prove certification fraud. The system proved to be in obvious violation of FEC standards. We will point out the specific and obvious FEC violations in the technical report. Vote fraud not proven, certification fraud proven, and this research now puts us in a position to request the memory cards, and gives us the exact information to look for on them, so that we can prove whether anyone committed election fraud using this built-in feature.

The public must be able to see and authenticate these four essential steps for an election to be public, democratic, and valid: (1) Who can vote (voter list); (2) Who did vote (3) The original count; (4) Chain of custody.
