What do I make of it?

Nothing. Nothing at all. It was test data to test the TV station's website. I know how this works. In order to test whether a website will function, one needs to feed it test data. I did PRECISELY this eight times; twice in each year of 2001-2005. No, it wasn't a TV station's website, it was a county election office's website.

This exhibits a main feature of the Paul campaign. They holler first, and only ask questions later.

I could wax poetic about how they're out of their minds on monetary policy, too, but that would be off-topic.

Test data, Kurt is correct. Happens every election to check the setup of the results reporting. The only thing significant would be if the test data actually matched the election day data.

The public must be able to see and authenticate these four essential steps for an election to be public, democratic, and valid: (1) Who can vote (voter list); (2) Who did vote (3) The original count; (4) Chain of custody.
